You have light fixtures that have been installed for several years, whether they are Sfel brand or another brand. Their structure is still in good condition, but they use fluorescent bulbs, and you’d like to switch to LED technology.
There are two main categories of possible solutions

Feasibility
Our engineering department analyzes your lighting fixtures (preferably a sample) and determines the most suitable technical and financial solution.
Design and Manufacturing
We design and manufacture the solution in-house, and it is tested before delivery. A photometric analysis is available upon request.
Delivery
Delivered directly to your job site, with no minimum order.

Frequently Asked Questions
I received my lights, but is it possible to adjust the LED color temperature?
Our light fixtures come with a single, fixed color temperature and do not include a switch that allows you to adjust it yourself. If you still wish to change it after delivery, you must return the product to us: our team will make the adjustment for an additional fee. Please note that any modifications made outside of this process will void your warranty.
Is it possible to convert my fluorescent light fixture to an LED version?
Yes, this modification is generally possible and usually involves replacing the base plate. However, it must be approved by our engineering department beforehand.
- If your light fixture is a Sfel brand product: please send us several photos of the product along with its part number, which is listed on the silver identification label affixed to the fixture.
- If your light fixture is not a Sfel brand product: we will assess the feasibility of the project and work with you to determine the most suitable technical and financial solution. Our sales representatives will assist you in identifying the information you need to provide us
Is it possible to modify the wiring of the light fixtures we received (add through-wiring, ground wire, pre-wiring, etc.)?
Yes, but to maintain your warranty, these modifications must be performed by us. Simply return the light fixture to us, and we will make the necessary adjustments; please note that an additional charge may apply depending on the nature of the work.
Are the neck straps included with the light fixture?
Yes, with every purchase of tubing, a pair of clamps is automatically included. Unless you specify otherwise, the standard specifications apply. You also have the option to customize them.
How can I tell if my light fixture is still under warranty?
The warranty on our light fixtures begins on the date of delivery. This information is listed on your purchase invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, you can send us a photo of the silver identification label on the product, and we will verify the warranty’s validity for you.
Can I buy replacement parts for my light fixture if it is no longer under warranty?
Yes, that is certainly possible, provided that the product’s technology has not changed since you purchased it. To verify this, please send us your receipt or, if you don’t have it, a photo of the product’s silver identification label. If the original parts are no longer available, we will offer you a suitable alternative.
